Welcome to Dopa (WakeMeDope). By installing, accessing, or using our mobile application and related web services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Dopa gathers, summarizes, and synthesizes publicly available research literature (including arXiv), world news, and curated curiosity topics to generate daily AI-narrated audio intelligence briefings.

2. Subscriptions and Free Trials

• Free Trial: New users receive complimentary access to daily briefings for a trial period.
• Plus Membership: Premium tiers provide expanded archive retention, custom RSS ingests, and priority synthesis.
• In-App Purchases: All subscription billing and recurring charges are handled directly through Apple Media Services (App Store) in accordance with Apple's standard terms.

3. Account Termination & Deletion

You may terminate your agreement with us and permanently delete your account at any time using the in-app "Delete Account" feature in your Profile settings.

4. Content and Accuracy Disclaimer

While our AI models and verification pipelines strive for high accuracy, briefings are generated for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Dopa does not provide certified financial, medical, or legal advice.
